2. Service Scope

3. Subscriber Account & Access Policy
Each subscription account is licensed exclusively to the individual or business that signs up. Sub-accounts created within the system remain the property of Wolfpackxpress LLC and are tied to your main subscription.
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from transferring, duplicating, or migrating sub-accounts to another agency, platform, or provider. Attempting to do so will result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of all associated data and rights.
All subscription and client data are securely hosted within our platform and governed by this agreement. Violating these terms constitutes breach of contract and voids your license immediately.
4. SMS and Email Compliance (A2P 10DLC)
All subscribers using SMS or email features must comply with A2P 10DLC and TCPA regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:
Obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients
Including opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
Honoring opt-out requests promptly
Not sending unsolicited marketing messages
Wolfpackxpress LLC reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate accounts for non-compliant messaging behavior.
5. International Subscribers
We welcome clients from outside the United States; however, international subscribers are solely responsible for complying with local data, communication, and privacy laws in their region. We do not guarantee message delivery or regulatory compliance for SMS, email, or automation services outside A2P-compliant countries.
All fees, services, and support are provided in USD. Billing cycles and support hours are based on U.S. Central Time (CST).
6. Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or paused services.
7. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, fails to pay, misuses system resources, or engages in unethical or non-compliant behavior.
Termination of services also results in immediate loss of access to all data, automations, funnels, and sub-accounts unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All templates, automations, workflows, website designs, and digital materials created or provided through Wolfpackxpress LLC remain our intellectual property. They may not be copied, resold, rebranded, or repurposed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding financial or business results from use of our platform. You agree that Wolfpackxpress LLC is not liable for any loss of data, leads, or revenue resulting from use or misuse of our systems.
